Shape: Choose oneShape guide

Choose the shape you'll order. Sizes fit differently on almond, coffin, oval, and square tips, so your kit should match your set.

  • Every size included
  • $12 off your first set
  • Reusable for future sets
How to use it
  1. Wash and dry your hands; don't apply glue.
  2. Hold each tip against your nail. The right size covers your nail from sidewall to sidewall without touching the skin.
  3. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one.
  4. Note the number for each finger and email your sizes to Emi, or enter them when you order.
Shapes explained

Almond: Slim sides that taper to a soft, rounded point, like an almond. Lengthens the fingers; the most popular press-on shape.

Coffin: Tapered sides with a straight, flat tip. Also called ballerina. Bold and modern; best at medium to long lengths.

Oval: Straight sides with an evenly rounded tip. Soft, natural, and the most forgiving for everyday wear.

Square: Straight sides with a flat tip and crisp corners. Clean and classic; sturdy at short lengths.

サイズSizing kit questions

Good questions.

Why do I need to choose a shape for the sizing kit?

Press-on sizes are measured across the widest part of the nail, and that width fits a little differently on almond, coffin, oval, and square tips. Trying on tips in the same shape you'll order gives you the most accurate size.

Which shape should I choose?

Choose the shape of the set you plan to order. Every product page shows its shape as pictured, such as Medium almond or Medium coffin. If you're still deciding, almond is the most popular and most flattering for most hands.

What nail shapes does Nico offer?

Four: almond (tapered with a soft point), coffin, also called ballerina (tapered with a flat tip), oval (rounded tip), and square (flat tip with crisp corners).

How does the $12 credit work?

Order the kit, find your size, then mention your kit order when you buy your first set. Emi takes $12 off that set.

Can I order the kit and a set together?

Yes. Add both to your bag. Emi will wait for your sizes from the kit before she paints your set.
